CAREERIn July of 1972, she became the first female police officer in India when she joined the Indian Police Service (ISP).she rose through the ranks, proving herself a capable law enforcement officer who was tough when she felt it was warranted, but always fair. She was well aware that the police were often the biggest violators of human rights.Yet, she believed that it was the police who were in the best position to be the champion of human rights. She applied this philosophy in every stage of a career as a traffic cop, a narcotics officer, an anti-terrorist specialist, and an administrator.

COMMUNITY SERVICE She set up Navjyoti in 1986 for working in the field of drug abuse treatment and rehabilitation. Navjyoti has till now treated over 12,000 drug addicts. After the receipt of the Ramon Magsaysay Award in 1994 Kiran set up India Vision Foundation to work in the field of prison reforms, crime prevention,education, rural development, physical and mental disabilities, sports promotion etc.

And if the goal is really worthy it'll take some time to be accomplished.So don't lose ur heart at small failure.Failure is the passage to success.And that success is full of glory which is achieved after much determination.
So Just go on chasing ur dreams.One day you will definately succeed.

In love you care for other person, even if they are not in front of you.You think of their well-being.And you feel responsible for their failure.You want to be a part of their success.But what if despite all your efforts you are not able to convince the love of your life to concentrate on their work.
